This is the big sticker. Printed on our HP Latex on Orajet outdoor vinyl, laminated in gloss or matte, then contour cut on the plotter to whatever shape the art is. One decal for a shop door, twenty for a fleet, two hundred for a product line, the same file runs all of them.
Pricing follows the size and the count. A single 12" x 12" decal is a setup job and priced like one; by ten pieces the setup is spread thin and a 12" decal costs about what a coffee does. Big pieces are priced by area, roughly $8 a square foot on a single 2 by 3 foot decal and less as the run grows.
Where it sticks
Painted walls, glass, painted metal, fiberglass, plastic, powder coat, and sealed wood. It does not like raw brick, stucco, or bare untreated wood. Textured walls need a specialty wall vinyl, ask us.
Files for large decals
Vector art (PDF, SVG, AI, EPS) prints sharp at any size. A raster file needs about 100 pixels per inch at the finished size, so a 24" decal wants a 2,400 pixel wide image. The designer shows you the effective resolution as you scale.

Frequently asked questions
Is the decal removable?
Yes, it is a removable grade vinyl. It comes off clean within a few years, with heat if it has baked on a vehicle. For a permanent sign on a truck ask about cast vinyl in a quote.
Do you install decals?
Locally, yes. Send the size and where it goes with a quote request and we price the install with the decal.
How long does a printed decal last outdoors?
Orajet 3164 under Oraguard 210 laminate is rated about 4 years outdoors in Southern California sun before it starts to fade, longer on a shaded wall or an indoor window. It goes through car washes and rain without lifting.
Can I apply it myself?
Yes, and we include instructions. Clean the surface with alcohol, tape one edge as a hinge, peel the backing, and squeegee from the center out. Decals over about 24" are easier with two people or the wet method. We also install locally, ask for a quote.
Do I get to approve a proof before you print?
Yes. Approve your own proof in the online designer and the order goes straight to production, no waiting. Prefer we build it, upload your files, our art team lays it out and emails a proof, and nothing prints until you say so.
What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS all work. For die cut stickers a PNG with a transparent background is ideal, the cut line follows the edge of your art. Vector files print sharpest at any size. Rough file? Our art team cleans it up.
How fast will I get my order?
Standard production is 5 business days after proof approval. Need it faster, 3 business days is 50% more and next business day is 100% more, confirmed by the shop after you order. Everything prints and cuts in our Los Angeles shop. Flat rate shipping is $5.95, free over $100, and local pickup in Chatsworth is always free.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. Your artwork and cut file stay on file, so a reorder takes about a minute and matches the first run.
