A sticker sheet is the cheapest way to print a lot of different designs: lay them all on one sheet, we print it once, and the plotter kiss cuts around every piece so each sticker peels off the backing while the sheet stays whole. Artists sell them, brands drop them in orders, planners and teachers buy them by the hundred.
You pay per sheet, so a 8.5" x 11" sheet with 20 stickers on it costs the same as one with 6. Build the layout in the online designer or upload a finished sheet file, and we cut every artwork island on it with a 1/16" white border.
Laying out a sheet
Leave at least 1/4" between stickers and 1/4" from the sheet edge so the cutter has room and the sheet does not fall apart when the first sticker comes off. Mixed sizes are fine. If you send a PNG with a transparent background, the cut lines come from your art automatically.
Sheets for retail
Add a printed header with your brand, a title, and a barcode area, and the sheet is a finished product. We can also print on the backing paper around the stickers for instructions or a web address.

Frequently asked questions
How many stickers fit on a sheet?
Roughly: 4 to 6 on a 4" x 6", 6 to 12 on a 5.5" x 8.5", 12 to 30 on a letter sheet, 30 or more on 11" x 17". It depends on the sizes you pick; the price does not change with the count.
Are the stickers on the sheet the same quality as your die cuts?
Same vinyl, same laminate, same printer. The only difference is the cut depth: sheets are cut through the vinyl only so the backing stays in one piece.
Can each sheet be different?
Yes. Add a version in the designer for each sheet layout with its own quantity. The line prices on the total sheet count.
Do I get to approve a proof before you print?
Yes. Approve your own proof in the online designer and the order goes straight to production, no waiting. Prefer we build it, upload your files, our art team lays it out and emails a proof, and nothing prints until you say so.
What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS all work. For die cut stickers a PNG with a transparent background is ideal, the cut line follows the edge of your art. Vector files print sharpest at any size. Rough file? Our art team cleans it up.
Are they waterproof and outdoor safe?
Yes. Printed on Orajet 3164 outdoor vinyl with a clear laminate over the print, they are dishwasher safe, waterproof, and rated for years outdoors on cars, coolers, and water bottles.
How fast will I get my order?
Standard production is 5 business days after proof approval. Need it faster, 3 business days is 50% more and next business day is 100% more, confirmed by the shop after you order. Everything prints and cuts in our Los Angeles shop. Flat rate shipping is $5.95, free over $100, and local pickup in Chatsworth is always free.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. Your artwork and cut file stay on file, so a reorder takes about a minute and matches the first run.
