A bumper sticker lives outside, so ours are printed on Orajet outdoor vinyl and laminated, the same stack we use on vehicle decals. Sun does not fade it, the car wash does not lift it, and when the campaign is over it peels off in one piece instead of a hundred flakes.
The classic size is 3" x 10" with rounded corners. Order a short run for a band merch table or a few thousand for a campaign; the price ladder drops fast past 250 because the run is one long strip on the printer.

Frequently asked questions
Will it come off the bumper later?
Yes. Orajet 3164 is a removable grade vinyl. Warm it with a hair dryer, lift a corner, and it peels clean within a few years of application. Adhesive left behind wipes off with citrus cleaner.
Do you print reflective bumper stickers?
Not on this site. Reflective vinyl is a different material and cutter setup; send a quote request with the quantity and we will price it.
Do I get to approve a proof before you print?
Yes. Approve your own proof in the online designer and the order goes straight to production, no waiting. Prefer we build it, upload your files, our art team lays it out and emails a proof, and nothing prints until you say so.
What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS all work. For die cut stickers a PNG with a transparent background is ideal, the cut line follows the edge of your art. Vector files print sharpest at any size. Rough file? Our art team cleans it up.
Are they waterproof and outdoor safe?
Yes. Printed on Orajet 3164 outdoor vinyl with a clear laminate over the print, they are dishwasher safe, waterproof, and rated for years outdoors on cars, coolers, and water bottles.
How fast will I get my order?
Standard production is 5 business days after proof approval. Need it faster, 3 business days is 50% more and next business day is 100% more, confirmed by the shop after you order. Everything prints and cuts in our Los Angeles shop. Flat rate shipping is $5.95, free over $100, and local pickup in Chatsworth is always free.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. Your artwork and cut file stay on file, so a reorder takes about a minute and matches the first run.
